Sarah Jezebel Deva spent 14 years in Cradle of Filth as a backing singer. Forming her own band Angtoria in 2006 and releasing "God Has A Plan For Us All" gained her much respect and recognition as a front woman but the band, to date still have not done live shows. Now she has gone solo, signed a deal with the mighty Rising Records and released her debut album “A Sign Of Sublime” on February 15th 2010 selling very strongly Worldwide and having major amounts of press in Uk and Europe. A deal has also just been done with Candle Light Records USA
Guest appearances on the album from people such as Martin Powell (My Dying Bride/CoF) , Dave Pybus (CoF/Anathema) Max Blunos (Trigger The Bloodshed) and Chris Rehn (Angtoria/Abyssos) earned the album extremely good reviews.
Set to tour "A Sign Of Sublime" in the next few months, she will be joined by musicians such as the very talented Gian Pyres on guitars (CoF/Dragon Lord/Christian Deth/The Rotted/Solstice) and Tom Shrimpton on drums (Dead Lay Waiting). They will also be playing songs from "God Has A Plan For Us All", which fans have been dying to see live since its release.
Sarah has taken part in over 35 albums with bands such as COF, Mortiis, The Gathering, Graveworm, Mystic Circle, The Kovenant, Trigger The Bloodshed, Therion

THE DEAD LAY WAITING

The dead Lay Waiting are a death metal band from Swindon, England, They are signed to rising records (uk/eur), This year they have recorded their debut album " we rise" which was released 26th January 2010. They played at this year’s Hammerfest and have had reviews in kerrang and terrorizer. They have also recorded the first video "anxiety of depression" which is set to be played on scuzz.
